Default event notification logo

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Default event notification headers use the school email logo if present, then the school cropped logo, then header/brand-logo fallback. This branch caps display width at 200px. A tightly cropped wide logo appears shorter than a tall stacked mark at that width. Review school branding and test an actual event notification; shared changes can affect other school emails/pages. Custom template content needs separate review.
