Create planning-to-attend reunion page for an event

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Create a separate simple free event for Planning to Attend, with the intended dates, a free RSVP ticket and optional custom question about reunion committee interest. Enable the public guest list if appropriate and explain that this is an expression of interest, not the later full weekend registration. Publish/test its RSVP flow. Creating the later paid/complex event does not automatically migrate these registrations or book its activities.
