Confirmation versus registration summary

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The standard initial completed registration sends its confirmation. An additional registration sends a registration summary, and other supported edit/resend flows also use that summary. The presence of both templates in Email Settings does not mean every initial registration sends two messages. The settings do not offer an independent global switch to disable the summary while keeping confirmations. In the legacy Email Content settings, Include QR Code For Check-in controls QR display and Hide Event Details controls event-detail content. Where editable email templates are enabled, review the actual template content instead. Removing a QR code or details is a content change, not disabling the summary notification itself.
