Configure tickets, packages, activities, add-ons, and promotion codes

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

How to use

Open the event’s editing area and configure Ticketing and its ticket types. Use the offered package controls for bundled ticket options. Add Activities with their own ticketing when the event has separately selected sessions. Configure Add-ons for additional selectable items.

Manage promo codes in their dedicated area; create/edit them and activate or deactivate the desired code. Review the registrant flow with the intended choices before publishing or promoting the event.

Troubleshooting

Check whether a problem concerns the overall event, a ticket type, an activity, an add-on, or a package. Different capacity/availability controls can apply to each. A code existing is not proof it is active or applicable to the current cart.
