Collect each guest’s details with a bundled ticket package

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Use a ticket package when one price should cover a fixed number of people. In the event package setup, set the package price and Number of Tickets per Package: for example, two for an alumni-and-guest bundle. Simply naming an individual ticket “alum and guest” does not configure two admissions.

Configure the desired guest/attendee custom questions, such as shirt size and dietary restrictions. The package-attendee form supports these guest custom fields, while an attending registrant uses their registrant information. Preview a complete two-person registration and confirm both attendee answers and the total before publishing. Do not add a separate paid individual ticket merely to capture the guest already included in the package.

The package control uses a fixed number of tickets, not an unlimited “four or more” family entitlement. Decide and communicate the included count and any additional-person pricing. Package price changes are restricted after tickets have been issued, so have support review an existing sold package before restructuring it.
