Changing Simple to Complex after creation for an event

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The standard creation flow selects Simple or Complex. The ordinary event update allows dates and details but does not expose event-type conversion. Extending dates is different from converting to Complex for activities and add-ons. Ask support to assess an existing event before recreating it, particularly if registrations exist. Do not assume that cloning changes its type.
