Capacity per tour timeslot for an event

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

A custom dropdown answer does not create inventory for that answer. For a clear 30-person cap per tour, configure each day/time as a separate activity with guest limit 30 and appropriate ticket inventory. Review guests, ticket quantities and reservations. For an event already accepting registrations, reconcile existing people per timeslot before making authorized changes; raising a daily activity limit does not enforce individual answer-option caps.
