Built-in reminder versus Outreach sequences for an event

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Email Settings' built-in reminder and Outreach event sequences are separate sending paths. Creating a sequence does not inherently override the built-in reminder. The built-in sender targets completed registrations with at least one attending guest. A sequence's recipients depend on its audience/filters; the Event Reminder name does not mean it automatically nudges nonresponders.

Plan registered-attendee information and nonresponder invitations as separate reviewed audiences. If a sequence replaces the built-in reminder, disable the latter intentionally to avoid duplicates, and inspect queued/sent state when making late changes. Do not disable a working reminder before the intended replacement is configured and reviewed.
