Auction navigation and introductory workflow for an event

Open Events → Events → select your event → Auction.

Start with the event’s Auction area when the school has Auctions access and the event capability enabled. Its navigation separates Dashboard, Settings, Items, Bidders, Bids and either Closeouts or Checkouts, depending on the auction stage; live-auction Run of Show and Paddle Raise appear only when their separate features are enabled. Silent bidders use the public item catalog/detail to submit an eligible bid at the displayed minimum; a max-bid option appears where proxy bidding is enabled. Organizers configure bidding timing and closeout reminders/automatic charging in Settings, so winning and payment are separate stages whose timing depends on those settings. The KB auction overview describes these entry points; ask Support for school-specific onboarding if Auction is absent, rather than treating ordinary ticket packages as bidding.
