Payment controls in event preview

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The preview creates a preview-state registration. Its summary renders the completed/preview branch and omits the ordinary unfinished-registration checkout/payment panel. A missing payment option in that preview is not by itself evidence that the live paid event is configured incorrectly. Verify ticket prices, payment-account readiness and the supported public flow separately; do not publish an unfinished event merely to make a test charge.
