Online-paid-only staff notices and refund notices for an event

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The initial staff registration notification checks completion, the event's notification switch and recipients; it does not filter to online processor payments. A manually completed registration can therefore generate a staff notice. Do not assume an online-only recipient toggle or use an offline-upload registrant-email checkbox to control this separate staff path. Use payment-source reporting to reconcile actual receipts.

Event refund staff notices are also a separate path. For this workflow, an event registration with a Blackbaud gift or fair-market-value record identifier sends refund notices to school administrators subscribed to deposit emails, subject to refund eligibility. Without those identifiers, that branch cleans up unexported integration records instead. This is not a universal all-event-refunds subscription. Confirm the product, integration and actual refund before promising an internal notification.
