Include a personal manage-registration link in reminders

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

In Outreach, use the event Manage Registration Link merge token. It resolves from the recipient's linked event registration and produces a private registration-management link; a generic uploaded recipient without the necessary registration context may not resolve it. Event transactional templates use the separate $MANAGE_REGISTRATION_LINK$ token. Preview/test in the intended context and do not paste one registrant's private URL into a message to everyone. The link does not override event edit deadlines, ticket availability or other restrictions.
