Hidden ticket choices in backend Add Registration

Open Events → Events → select your event → Registrations.

In the enabled backend Add Registration flow, Select Individual Ticket Type includes hidden unpackaged event tickets; choosing one shows Hidden Ticket Type. Hidden packages appear in the Packages choice. Sold-out choices remain disabled, and packaged tickets are selected through their package. This is different from the public registration form and legacy registration flow. Confirm the school has the backend-registration capability and you are using Events → Events → select the event → Registrations → Add Registration with a registration-management role and access to this event. If a hidden option is still absent, Support must inspect the event, ticket/package configuration and actual enabled interface.

Which administrator roles can do this?

The roles that can manage event registrations are Superadmin, Events Superadmin, Advanced Events Admin, Basic Events Admin. The person must also have access to the relevant event. To change staff access, a Superadmin or Events Superadmin opens Events → Administrators → select the person → Role(s), assigns the appropriate role, and checks Events Access. Partners cannot add this action to an existing role by changing its individual permissions.
