Hidden ticket choices in backend Add Registration

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

In the enabled backend Add Registration flow, Select Individual Ticket Type includes hidden unpackaged event tickets; choosing one shows Hidden Ticket Type. Hidden packages appear in the Packages choice. Sold-out choices remain disabled, and packaged tickets are selected through their package. This is different from the public registration form and legacy registration flow. Confirm the school has the backend-registration capability and you are using Events → Registrations → Add Registration with permission. If a hidden option is still absent, Support must inspect the event, ticket/package configuration and actual enabled interface; current interface cannot explain a past missing option by itself.
