Free registration without gift solicitation

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Use a zero-priced ticket, avoid paid activities/add-ons, and disable additional/integrated gifts in Gifts settings. With no payment or gift due, checkout offers Register rather than payment collection. Hide ticket price on the landing page controls that landing-page display. Review/confirmation still exist; preview all steps rather than promising every price/free label disappears everywhere.
