Failed event checkout

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

A Payment Failed registration has not completed successful payment. Verify the payment record and have the registrant retry through the registration flow using a valid supported method while tickets remain available. The state machine permits eligible failed registrations to return to payment processing. Do not assume retry success or duplicate the registration unnecessarily; capture the error if it fails again.
