Charging for closed activities or housing

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Add to Registration supports additional available activities and add-ons followed by the additional purchase checkout. Authorized administrators bypass ticket-type restrictions, but that is not a universal closure override: the activity chooser loads active activities and disables ended or sold-out options. There is no generic extra-fee field that makes a closed item purchasable without changing availability. Identify whether closure means a ticket restriction, sold-out inventory, an ended activity, or an archived activity. Use the institution’s approved offline registration/payment exception when the item cannot be added online; do not substitute an unrelated donation for an event charge.
