Additional charges for housing and activities

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

For a paid registration that needs more activities or an add-on such as housing, open its Edit Registration flow, add the appropriate configured activity/add-on, and complete the additional checkout shown in Purchase Summary. The system creates a linked additional registration/payment, preserving the original registration rather than editing its old charge. Configure the dorm stay as the appropriate purchasable add-on/activity first. This is an additional-purchase workflow, not a general partial-payment or accounts-receivable balance tool; an arbitrary unpaid amount outside configured items needs a separate approved collection/reconciliation process. Collecting money offline does not automatically update the online payment record.
