Add event calendar links to confirmation

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Insert the Calendar Links token ($CALENDAR_LINKS$) in the appropriate event registration email template. It renders Add to Google Calendar and Download iCal. Send a test and check the event's dates, time zone, and location/virtual link. These are whole-event calendar entries; they do not create an individual itinerary from each guest's selected activities.
