Add Attendee button placement and styling

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The standard registration form does not expose a setting to move Add Attendee or independently change its color. Its desktop and mobile positions and secondary-school-button styling are defined by the registration interface. Add clear guest-registration instructions in event content and test the mobile and desktop registration flow; a different position or dedicated visual treatment requires a product/UI change rather than an event setting.
