Activate event Sequences

Open Events → Events → select your event → Edit Event → Setup when that page is offered; enable Sequences, then open Edit Event → Sequences.

Where the school has Event Sequences enabled and uses event capabilities, open the event’s Setup settings and enable Sequences, then return to its Sequences area to create/configure communications. If the school feature itself is unavailable, support must confirm access; enabling an event option cannot bypass that school gate. Review audiences and schedules before sending.
