Event image bytes versus displayed size

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

A small file in KB can still render large. Event images are resized to fit 800×600 pixels and placed in a responsive hero layout; compression/file bytes do not set the visible width. The hero has no per-image size slider. To make the artwork occupy less of its area, prepare a suitably proportioned image canvas with surrounding whitespace and preview desktop/mobile. Do not assume that reducing bytes alone makes the displayed image smaller.
