Gift-history constituent linkage

For GiveCampus constituent data and imports.

Gift-history imports associate the gift with its parent constituent through the configured stable constituent ID. A separate email column in the gift file is not required merely to link that gift to a constituent already imported with the same identifier. Map required gift fields and the parent person association; constituent biographical/contact requirements remain separate from gift-record linkage.
