Failed online registrations paid offline

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The standard registration edit flow changes contact details, affiliation, questions and attendee RSVP information; it does not convert a declined online payment into a completed offline payment. Record the payment with a new offline registration using the correct attendee/ticket details and actual offline amount. Keep the failed attempt distinguishable in reconciliation and avoid treating its RSVP change as payment completion. If the institution needs the original registration consolidated, request record-specific support review rather than marking a card charge paid that never succeeded.
