Draft activities, unknown prices and schedule-only entries

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The activity editor does not expose an independent draft/publish or hide-all-activities setting. Activity ticketing requires at least one visible ticket type. Restricting the eligible ticket types is not a general way to turn an activity into an informational schedule entry.

If registration is not ready or pricing is unknown, keep the event in draft while building where possible, or describe the upcoming activity in event content and add its registration option when the details are settled. A zero-dollar ticket represents free registration, not a pending price. Do not take free registrations expecting to retroactively charge those people when a price is decided. These controls do not mean a schedule-only activity with no registration choice; have support review that layout requirement.
