Collect a contact address separately from billing verification for an event

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The shared Stripe payment element can render a full billing-address element when address verification is enabled for the school and payment flow; it is not an ordinary Events required-question setting. Ask support to review that configuration if billing verification specifically must require an address. For an independent contact address, add required registrant address questions including all components rather than relying on the payment ZIP field; mailing and billing addresses need not be the same.
