Cart reservation timing for an event

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The defaults are 15 minutes for simple events and 30 minutes for complex events, with configuration overrides. Expiration clearing returns reserved tickets, packages and add-ons to incomplete. Expired carts are not the only reason registration remains unavailable: waitlist and capacity conditions still apply. For counts apparently stuck beyond the expected interval, support must check the actual reservations, cleanup and waitlist state before changing limits.
