Administrative registration after public registration closes

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Use the authorized Add Registration flow for walk-ins and the authorized registration-edit flow for existing registrations. The admin registration flow is separate from public new-registration window checks; existing-registration edits are also outside that new/create check. Closing the public window therefore does not by itself require reopening it for those administrative workflows. Capacity, guest/package limits, permissions and applicable review/payment steps still apply. Verify the completed registration rather than assuming the initial editing record represents payment.
