Add-on cutoffs and activity capacity

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The add-on editor has no scheduled sales cutoff. Availability uses unlimited inventory or total available minus purchased/reserved quantities. Do not assume a timed t-shirt cutoff or delete an add-on with completed registrations; verify any intended manual inventory change.

Activity sold-out checks use its guest limit and ticket-type capacity. Confirm finite limits and whether tickets are unlimited. Where exposed, Hidden Ticket Type removes a choice from registrant selection while preserving the admin view. Hiding is not canceling existing attendance or issuing refunds.
