Review apparent non-constituents before removal

The school People screen does not offer a general bulk deletion action. Ask support/data administrators to review candidate records, upstream sources and linked gifts before cleanup; an unexpected CRM relationship does not prove the person is invalid. Correct source/import behavior to prevent recreation. Reviewed duplicate merging is a separate process and must not be used as bulk deletion of unrelated people.
