Class year on the public guest list

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The public guest list displays formatted attendee affiliations and their selected values, which can include an Alumni class year. A class year entered only in an unrelated custom question is not automatically that affiliation value. Anonymous registrations suppress public affiliation text. Check the attendee's saved affiliation/year and public-list setting before requesting a new feature or promising display for every guest.
