Changing an existing guest’s ticket type

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The standard guest editor updates guest identity, affiliations, custom responses and RSVP state; it does not offer an in-place ticket-type swap. Removing or replacing tickets and handling any payment difference are separate registration operations. Ask Support to review the registration and desired replacement type if avoiding refund/re-purchase is essential; do not assume that editing the guest name or RSVP changes the purchased ticket.
