Buying tickets before guest names are known

Open Events → Events → select your event → Edit Event → Guest Information for attendee required fields/questions. Use Edit Event → Ticketing for package and ticket configuration.

For the ordinary guest form, an administrator can make First Name and Last Name optional under Attendee Questions using their required-field controls. The main registrant still supplies their own required information. Preview the actual ticket flow and check other required attendee questions and maximum-guests limits before a large purchase. This does not remove the need to select ticket quantities or establish identical behavior for every package type. Leave optional unknown guest names blank instead of copying the purchaser’s name into each guest record.
