Buying tickets before guest names are known

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

For the ordinary guest form, an administrator can make First Name and Last Name optional under Attendee Questions using their required-field controls. The main registrant still supplies their own required information. Preview the actual ticket flow and check other required attendee questions and maximum-guests limits before a large purchase. This does not remove the need to select ticket quantities or establish identical behavior for every package type. Leave optional unknown guest names blank instead of copying the purchaser’s name into each guest record.
