Interpret configured donor-status year ranges

Inspect the donor-status configuration behind the report label. Schools can define custom labels and selected year buckets; names alone do not confirm universal ranges. In the model, 0 is the current fiscal year, 1 the prior fiscal year, through 10; 11 means more than ten years ago.

Check the applicable school/default configuration and fiscal-year boundaries before translating a label into dates. This code snapshot does not confirm fixed ranges for the three labels above. Imported gifts' custom fiscal years can affect classification.

Find donor-status setup when the page is empty

Open School Dashboard → Settings → Donor Status. If the page only says donor-status configuration requires uploading gift data, follow its Data Importer link to configure/import gift data. An existing constituent-only import is not sufficient. Also check the fiscal-year boundary and included gift types under Settings → General Settings; see School Dashboard prerequisites.
