GiveCampus Constituents is not a paid-donor tab

For GiveCampus constituent data and imports.

The Data Import constituent tabs distinguish records with a School-level Data Import run association from those without it. The GiveCampus tab includes records generated through other product paths; being listed there does not prove a gift was made. Inspect identity/import associations before diagnosing CRM-looking records or deleting/recreating them to change tabs.
