Does an existing gift prevent constituent deletion

For GiveCampus constituent data and imports.

Do not assume a gift automatically protects a constituent from deletion. The CSV deletion service excludes people with protected Gift Officer data, but does not apply a general has-any-gift safeguard; it can remove linked imported giving history and other constituent data. Processed payment history and imported gift records are different. Have authorized support review the exact identifiers, product dependencies and retention scope before deleting; this is not a deduplication shortcut.
