Where Data Import → Import Files offers Upload New Data Type alongside Advanced Upload, the former opens the newer three-step Guided Import. See Start Guided Import, review mappings, and find import results for the upload steps and prerequisites. Existing configuration cards are the starting point for refreshing an already configured data type.
