Affiliation solicit code and relative import mappings

For GiveCampus constituent data and imports.

Map a separate affiliation name/value pair for each affiliation; value is optional and can hold class year. Solicit Code Name takes names, with semicolon-separated values supported, not automatic Y/N interpretation of column headers. Transform flags to intended code names and verify the code settings: newly created codes default to not disabling texting or Smart Appeals. Map relative type, optional relative constituent ID, names and preferred email; matching IDs can link the relative, and spouse/husband/wife/partner/spouse-partner supported variants become spouse relationships. The current record configuration permits up to 100 relatives and does not impose a three-record limit on affiliations or solicit codes; verify the current interface/configuration instead of repeating unverified limits.
