Upload approved but gifts are not visible yet

Approval queues offline record creation and subsequent matching/statistics work. The success message advises waiting up to 15 minutes for larger files and refreshing; this is guidance, not proof the job completed. A failed upload can remove records created by that upload. If gifts remain absent, support should inspect the upload/job errors and intended campaign before retrying, to avoid duplicate entries.
