Troubleshoot match or challenge progress

This article covers GiveCampus campaign administration. Available controls can vary between the classic and redesigned campaign interfaces.

Compare the gift's actual saved affiliations/years, designation and timing with the offer's direction, window, capacity and state. A title mentioning a class does not configure eligibility. An affiliation or joint donor collected only on the post-payment form does not trigger the relevant matches/challenges; the form builder explicitly warns about this. Do not diagnose a live mismatch from a screenshot or the campaign total alone. Campaign totals and one restricted offer's progress measure different things.
