Tracking-link creation date and on-page search

The Unique Tracking Links CSV includes a created_at column for the link record. Export it to sort/filter by creation date. The management list is paginated and ordered newest link ID first, with active/archived views; the list does not provide a name-search filter. A browser page search covers only loaded rows, not every link.
