Tracked direct donation links during prelaunch

The standard campaign Unique Tracking Links creator selects the main/tier landing page. A direct donation-form URL can retain the generated advocate/tracking user's a parameter, using the actual form destination; do not rewrite a shortened code blindly. Verify the destination and attribution before sharing. A direct form can avoid the landing-page countdown while early giving is enabled, but does not bypass form availability/payment rules.
