This article covers GiveCampus campaign administration. Available controls can vary between the classic and redesigned campaign interfaces.
For the Idea Submission forms: (1) Reject retains the submission in a rejected state; it is not deletion. There is no submission-destroy action in the school interface, so request Support review for removal of test records and choose whether to send the rejection decision message. (2) New-submission email goes to fundraising administrators subscribed to campaign-submission notifications who also have manage-idea-submissions permission. (3) The success message is fixed as Idea submitted successfully; there is no editable confirmation-message field. (4) Save the form, use View Form and share that public form URL. The interface has no separate publish toggle or custom-slug field; the school must have Social Fundraising access. (5) Form Details exposes internal title, public header and instructions, and Form Builder exposes questions. It does not provide a form-specific image upload or color picker; the public template renders those text details in the school page layout.
