Set up cumulative milestone challenges

Separate concurrent donor challenges can represent separate awards at cumulative thresholds, because one qualifying gift can progress each eligible offer. Set them up before the intended qualifying period with consistent dates and audience rules. At 250 and 500 donors, for example, the later challenge must count the same initial qualifying donors if the intent is cumulative; creating it only after the first challenge completes starts a different counting situation.

The form says “another” donors/dollars. Its threshold is offer progress, not an automatic comparison against the campaign's entire historical total. For an offer entered after gifts already arrived, have support reconcile those gifts and any approved offline progress adjustment. Backdating alone is not a general retroactive rebuild. Review award totals so separate milestones do not accidentally promise the same pooled funds more than once.
