Does FMV designation remove FMV and tax wording for an event

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Changing a designation does not remove the numeric ticket/add-on FMV or automatically rewrite confirmation text. The calculation floors price minus FMV at zero, so benefits exceeding ticket cost do not produce a negative deductible amount. Use institution-approved values and review the active registration receipt/template separately; changing an allocation name is not a way to bypass FMV. Existing sold-ticket FMV edits may be restricted.
