Choose whether imported registrants receive confirmations

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

In the offline upload dialog, Step 4 includes Send registration emails to imported registrants. Check it to send confirmations on successful import, or clear it before uploading to suppress those confirmations. The upload saves this choice on the event's email setting; check it for each upload instead of assuming a universal default. The registration creation workflow sends the registrant summary only when that setting is enabled. This is distinct from staff notifications and does not retract already sent email.
