Add-on images and class-specific availability

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The add-on editor provides a plain Description and no dedicated image upload. Do not assume that pasting an image link into that field embeds a picture. Coordinate separate event content or messaging when an illustration is needed.

Restrict Add-On limits visibility/purchase to registrations buying selected event ticket types for the registrant or a guest. This is a ticket-type restriction, not a direct graduation-class filter. A class-specific plan therefore needs appropriately configured eligible ticket types and a preview of the real registration flow; selecting an affiliation alone is not proof that the add-on is restricted to that class.
