Activity ticket capacity versus remaining inventory

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The activity overview shows aggregate tickets sold against available tickets. The activity Ticket Types table shows each type’s Guest Limit (configured capacity), not a remaining-inventory column. Use the activity Guests export to reconcile attending tickets by type against their limits when planning capacity. Exact remaining inventory also accounts for reserved tickets and overall event limits; subtracting completed guests alone is not an exact live availability value. There is no per-type Remaining column on that admin table.
