A cloned event retains the old gift designation

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Ticketing has separate FMV Designation and Gift Designation settings. Changing the FMV designation does not also change the gift designation. The clone copies both designation attributes from the source event, so review both on every clone, as well as any separate optional-giving form settings.

The deposit report exposes separate ticket FMV and gift designation identifiers. Compare the actual field the connector consumes with the corresponding saved setting and backend identifier. Do not assume that changing a setting rewrites a previously exported CRM record; reconcile existing exports with the integration team before reimporting.
