Export only failed rows - identify the import screen first

For GiveCampus constituent data and imports.

Some legacy upload summaries, including volunteer uploads and the personalization upload, provide Download CSV of Failed Rows or a download action next to Failed Rows. That export selects rows marked failed and includes their parsed source columns plus a failure_reason column. Where offered, use that action to isolate the records to investigate. Review the downloaded column layout and required import template before uploading corrected data.

The newer file-import-configuration details screen instead exposes Download Original File and Error Details → Show Details, with Import Error, Row Error and Row Warning entries. That original-file download is not a failed-row-only export. Do not direct a user in this screen to a legacy button it does not expose. Capture the import/configuration ID and request support assistance or an export enhancement when the desired failed-row extraction is unavailable. A warning/partially imported row is not necessarily a wholly failed record; check what succeeded before reimporting.
