Custom-field limits and imported topic preferences

Confirm custom-field capacity, supported types and planned mappings with your onboarding team before a large import. Topic unsubscribes are separate email/topic preference records, not generic custom-field values or a universal do-not-contact flag. The import configuration and topic/reporting screens do not confirm a self-service bulk migration of external topic preferences. Ask Support to confirm the supported migration route and topic mapping, preserving existing exclusions while that is reviewed.
